In game entertainment is fine, but too many fans watch large parts of the game from bars and lounges rather from the seats and diminish the home court advantage. Makes for longer lines and wait time getting in plus no chance to chill and people watch pre-game in the plaza. The plaza is blocked off to monetize non ticket holders who want to watch the game outside Chase. Playoff entry configuration is cumbersome.
